    Any town planners care to look into these abuse of the planning system?
    Step 1.Take a single story house.
    Step 2. Demolish except for front door
    Step 3. Build 2 floor house with a 3rd floor for “storage” as compliant development.
    Stap 4. 2 months after complete apply onder CDC to convert the storage third floor into 3 more bedroom. 99% FSR and as compliant development! Presto!

    Take walk down Alfred St. You can’t miss this one.
