    During stage 4 lockdown when few are commuting to the city, Hughesdale Station car park is 3/4 full of cars clearly owned by nearby residents who don't have a carspot.
    In normal times, the carpark is full by 7.15. This development is asking for a reduction in the car parking requirement which is just going to exacerbate the issue.
