Why are they subsidiving this land? What are they going to build on these blocks? We certainly dont need any more high rise tower blocks in this area. The whole area has more buildings than it possibly needs and they are also badly built. Please save us from any more over development.

I would agree with Julia Moran. This part of the Green Square Town is rapidly losing any semblance of a community with high rise encroaching in on the designated park areas and library. The additional stress placed by over development on drainage etc is not needed. This area once had a wildlife footprint which has now vanished due to overdevelopment. I also worry about the parking situation in the side streets once the pool is opened as parking will spill over.
Let's put a moratorium on high rise buildings in the area. We don't need anymore badly built constructions- constructions that overshadow parks and create a claustrophobic feeling. I had thought the idea was to build a community not a ghetto.
