This home was built under a CDC when is should not have. The house also goes AGAINST the current City of Sydney current LEP. It not only does not fit in with the area ( no gabled roof, double storey with no set back let alone 15 metres) but the owner is insulting our intelligence by putting in a DA for a FENCE! Council were made aware of this build but chose not to enforce it.
