1. This is odd. This is exactly the same DA as the one refused by Waverley Council last year. The refusal is currently being appealed to the L&E Court. Now they are trying to bypass that process by putting in a "modification" to a 1995 DA. 1995. 15 years ago. Let that sink in. How is this even allowed?
   Please, this "modification" DA should be refused for exactly the same reasons the last one was.
