66 Simpson Street Bondi Beach NSW 2026

Remove one (1) Jacaranda from front yard of property. This tree is unsuitable & unsustainable in its location. It is planted within 50cm of the gas main and is pressing up against the pipes. The branch growing over the neighbour’s property is unsafe as it has a large section of decay. This tree presents an unacceptable level of risk to the property.

It is very disappointing to see this application for removal of another beautiful tree. It would be good if the reasons for the removal were posted.

I feel like the area is turning into a concrete jungle. It would be such a shame to remove such a stunning tree unless it posed a danger. It would be great to see the reason for removal.
