1. I object on the basis of over development of the land mass. 3 houses in line with VCAT rulings should be the maximum development, with a requirement to leave clear soil for the preservation of local trees/water table and reduced water run-off

2. Of paramount importance is the protection of the beautiful and old gum trees in Imaroo St. ( I think they are Red River Gums?) Nevertheless, I am assuming they are Heritage listed and therefore any housing construction would be restricted and contained in order to protect these magnificent and rare specimens.
   Boroondara Council, can you assure the community that this is so???
