We are the owners of 72 Caringbah Rd and an application for a duplex at 74 Caringbah Rd has just been approved. We have entered into an agreement to allow a storm water easement to be constructed at the rear of our property. We will need to remove a tree at the very south eastern corner of our property to make way for the easement. Your approval to remove this tree is requested.
