An alteration to the residential home to convert my rear access carport into an indoor studio space for recreational family activities. Extend and replace the existing deck area to adjoin the rear of the house with the studio room. To erect a new front and rear fence as replacement of the existing fences for maintenance and ongoing access that is required.
