Is there an arborist report?
I hope that new trees will be planted to replace the loss of 3 indigenous trees!

The three gum trees are reported to be in poor health and decline.
Who assessed this? Is it a factual statement or a concern that residents share without foundation?
Agree with previous comments that an arborist be involved as there are no plans to replace trees that are identified for removal
