The intersection at Anne Road is already a nightmare. With cars parked in front of units there is essentially one way traffic into Anne Road. This development is going to increase this traffic problem even more so. Put some no standing signs or double lines in for heavens sale.

There should be no access to this property via Anne Road, it is already congested with parked cars from the units on the other side of Anne Rd. Not to mention the wait time for those who insist on turning right out of Anne Rd. The build up of traffic at this corner will be a recipe for disaster especially if our emergency services cannot get access into Anne Road.

There will be lot of parking problems will happen if seven houses permit will be given on this single property now.
And there will be lot of traffic as this corner property.
will destroy the beauty of this suburb and will be concrete jungle

Where are the residents going to park as when units are built they never park in their garages only in the street and Anne rd is their only option. Anne Rd congestion will prevent safe Emergency services access. Anne Rd is one of the main rds to enter Knoxfield This is an over development for this site and local streets

You are correct Michelle,it's happening everywhere in our suburb, look at Kathryn Rd,have spoken to Council and our cardboard cut out of a Councillor for years about this,it's a waste of time,on street parking will just get worse.
