I thought a similar DA by this developer had been rejected before? Are they lodging another one because council are fast tracking approvals? How can they approve more apartments with 266 car spots? Epping Rd is so congested already. Also, wasn't there talks of council potentially acquiring this piece of land for more greenery!? This community does not need more concrete and the Epping Civic Trust had conducted a recent survey which suggested this is overwhelming majority view. Please, no more apartments. This is sickening and infuriates me.

I am not sure where the vehicle traffic for these residents of this apartment block will be going it. As it is the Epping Rd / Blaxland road junction is the most congested on the North Shore. The developer has designed for 266 car spots. I don't think this area can afford to have even half of the cars to be driven around this area.

The developer is interested in selling the apartments for a small profit rather than the quality of life in this area.

I agree with Jagjit. The Epping road is going from bad to worse. Quality of life dropped tremendously. If you want to build additional apartments then infrastructure should be prioritised and planned first. No smart urban planner should ignore this.
