    Objection to reduced parking permit
TRAFFIC : This application is situated in the area of a complex intersection aptly named FIVE WAYS. The intersection has needed to be redeveloped on occasions across the years , due to prevalence of accidents. Extra cars parked in this area would add to the hazard.

RETAIL PARKING : Parking of resident cars
    1. In the area outside the adjacent shops would be detrimental to trade, including the planned retail outlet on the site.
    2. Subdivision activity in nearby streets is also adding to the pressure on roadside parking spaces.
