Remove one (1) Camphor Laurel from near Macpherson Street boundary. This tree has dropped large limbs in the past, now the canopy is overhanging the building and blocking the drains. Buttress roots are forming and are causing the surrounding pavers and asphalt to lift, they are also possibly the cause of the heritage listed sandstone wall showing signs of being pushed out. This tree presents an unacceptable level of risk of damage to the property and students.

Remove one (1) Norfolk Island Hibiscus adjacent to garage. This tree is regarded as a potential environmental weed in most Australian states. The fibreglass splinters in its seedpods cause skin irritation and allergic reaction while airborne and as fallen debris, and require painful removal with tweezers. This tree was found to be of low ecological and horticultural value due to its poor health and structure, it possesses no outstanding attributes worthy of retention - its removal is supported.

Remove and replace one (1) Camphor Laurel from rear, right side of property. This tree is unsuitable & unsustainable in its location, it is destabilising the boundary fence line, and there is evidence of included bark and large buttress roots forming in both properties. This tree has dropped large branches over the years and has blocked both properties’ sewer lines. The canopy overhangs the three neighbouring properties, to prune this tree away from them would require a significant amount to be removed, leaving the tree as a poor specimen. This tree presents an unacceptable level of risk to the residence and neighbouring properties.
