I object to this application as the cafe is at the rear of my home. A liquor licence contravenes the original planning application which stated a cafe only. Supply of liquor will result in unruly behaviour in the lane way behind my home coupled with those Patrons who will use the lane way as a public toilet. This licence will directly affect our amenity and capacity for the quiet enjoyment of our home. There are many licence premises along High Street in Northcote without it coming into Separation Street. The cafe is surrounded by houses on all sides other than front facing. All other cafes in side streets off High Street are daytime cafes only. This will be detrimental to our health and wellbeing including my sixteen year old daughter. I strongly object.
    Kind regards
