    Thank you for this opportunity to comment.
    I can see the necessity for high-rise development in order to avoid more and more expansion of urban cover. We need all the open ground that we can preserve for recreation and agriculture..
    My feeling is that the CHEN building is as tall as our local skyline needs.
    I think that future developers should be encouraged to accept that lower building proposals will achieve easier approval.
    I suggest that THIS development should have a larger footprint with fewer storeys.
    Maybe a less spectacular main tower with another small high-rise would be a win for the developer AND for the Box Hill community.

    I feel they should go higher - say 80 storeys and really put Box hill on the map .
    Furthermore it will free up more land for stand alone housing .
