Remove one (1) Hills Weeping Fig from the Western boundary in rear garden. This tree has insufficient space to develop. This tree is only young, however there is evidence of large buttress roots forming. It is showing signs of being under stress and has dieback. As this tree grows it will cause damage to the applicant’s and neighbour’s properties.
