1. For a start - the Google picture that comes up with this is wrong - it isn't the Tyre place as far as I can tell but next door.

   But a child care centre in this location? I work in Hunter Street and the parking there is a nightmare - combined with lots of car/mechanic workshops where cars are moving in and out all the time. Unless there is a lot of off street parking going to somehow be provided, good luck with child care centre users being able to safely drop off and pick up young children.
