Remove and replace one (1) tree on side boundary on fence line. This tree is planted in an unsuitable location and has insufficient space to develop. The tree is only young however there is evidence of large buttress roots forming. Branches encroach onto both the owner’s and neighbouring properties, creating a safety hazard for the residents. To prune this tree away from the properties would require a significant amount to be removed, leaving the tree as a poor specimen.
