1. Please no more Multisite dwellings
   Have you tried to get around Werribee during peak time
   More dwellings on one site = less road space on the roads that you haven’t built enough of nor maintain . Do you have money in the kitty to keep widening do we as residents have to keep paying high rates just because some one is greedy
   If you don’t live in Werribee I feel you can not comprehend how long it takes to get in or out of for work
   Not to mention schools , hospitals especially maternity services that are over stretched now and more importantly you are pricing houses out of reach for first home buyers
   It’s just greed to build two houses on a one house plot of land
   The covenants were there for a reason look around us , land a plenty
   The whole idea of spacing houses out is quality of life and space to breathe
   We do not need any more high density housing in this area
