can i please have more information on the muslim school that's being built there as they are already advertising places for students online how is this ok .

Also this is such a beautiful property with many mature native trees .
Narre Warren has hardly any mature trees left please dont let them cut down the trees they plan on getting rid of 28 trees that is way too many and that block was purchased with the trees why remove them now? and also that only the first stage of the development can only wonder really how many they will destroy

The site is located on a crazy busy intersection and can't cope as is please reject this application and let the site remain beautiful with the mature trees intact

Is this property part of the Green Wedge? If so, surely the answer must be no to another school!
Also, how many schools do we need in a semi rural area with no residential housing nearby when there are already many schools both private and public already available in the nearby area?
This is an environmentally sensitive area which has no need for and cannot support more unnecessary development.
Why so many applications for schools in this area, when no-one lives there?
Leave it alone and build schools in appropriate areas that are already zoned for that purpose.

Further to my previous comments I've done some research on this matter and i'm very concerned as to what is going on in the area,

434-442 Belgrave-Hallam Rd ?Narre Warren North VIC
Sidrah Gardens School limited is listed as a charity which 40 percent of the funds came from government

    approximately 5800 trees are onsite
165 trees are proposed to be removed which is unacceptable considering only 2 percent of Casey's original trees remain according to the Casey website

I found this on the school website
    Minutes of Special General Meeting
DATE: Sunday 3rd of May 2020

started the meeting with a recitation of the Quran
The Company is established for the purpose of advancing and promoting education by:
    (a) providing education for school age children at primary and/or secondary levels of education;
    (b) establishing and/or conducting one or more schools
    13. Set the School Fee Structure:
After a thorough discussion on this matter, it was resolved to set the SGS Fee at $7000 with the consideration of about $1000 discount on the first year for the first entrants
    (c) providing students with a sound and holistic education based on the principles of Sunni Islam as outlined in the school’s philosophy
The proposed school will only have 30 students in its first year (equivalent to two minibuses). Even at its intended capacity of 160 students after 6 years the traffic impact is deemed insignificant

so another words they are saying what happens with the traffic doesn't matter to the people who live in the area well it certainly does

how is this school inclusive to Narre warren north when its clearly a Muslim faith school

please do not let this area be over run by these sorts of plans
