Remove one (1) Callistemon from rear wall, adjacent to no.30 boundary. This tree has co-dominant stems - trees with twin trunks are often hazardous as they feature included bark and require prompt attention. As the two stems grow wider, some of this bark becomes trapped inside the junction. The bark compromises the integrity of the joint, increasing the chances of failure. The condition of the trunk cannot be remedied and the risks outweigh any benefits the tree may provide. Removal is supported.
