My concern is the pools. Is the developer aware there is a water pipe of some description that goes under our house and underground into the rear of 25 Salisbury Street? How deep will they have to dig for a pool and will this disrupt the pipe?

The developer built a 10-metre sewage vent on the above property, which was too close to our houses, with no consultation with the local neighbors. It was an eye sore almost in our back gardens affecting about 12 properties and a health hazzard. It has taken us 15 months to argue with the developer and the Sydney Water board who finally removed the vent and redesigned a smaller version.
Thank you Sydney Water for seeing what should have been when it was first installed.
