Is it proposed to remove a tree ? If so, could you please consider planting another elsewhere to take its place. sincerely, Barbara Johnson

The documentation accessible with this TA does not identify the species of tree or the reason for it being removed. However, the photo looks like it is a healthy Sydney Blue Gum. I therefore object to this healthy mature indigenous tree being removed. It is in a leafy part of Epping and is part of the character of the street and area. It is also near a wildlife corridor along Terrys Creek and needs to be retained to support the local wildlife.
It is unfortunate that many other trees in neighbouring and nearby properties in Albuera Road, near this site, have been removed to allow development and not replaced. This tree therefore needs to be protected. If this tree removal is in preparation for this site to also be developed it needs to be retained until the DA is lodged.
