This property has angered me senseless since they began eroding the hillside to make way for their monstrosity. Not once, but multiple times traffic has been blocked by falling rocks, as a result of their reckless land-clearing. Police have been called, when trees have fallen, again as a result of their poorly orchestrated landscaping works. The fact that they've done all this so far, without a permit, is just vindication that they do not deserve to reside in this area. These people clearly have no respect for the local environment in which they've chosen to make a home. They just want the views and they don't care what they have to destroy, or who they have to inconvenience to get there. This block of land should never have been zoned for housing, given the highway access is terrible. Review the number of times Victoria Police have been called to erosion or landslips adjacent to this address, and seriously reconsider permitting these landowners to further destroy the land!

The land around this area has been destroyed due to the careless way they have cleared this land and without any permit to do it. I have constantly been cut off from my access to the highway and you can clearly see the erosion and the way it has destroyed the land. It's going to detrimentally affect the highway and all for housing. This housing will also create a bottleneck affect on this highway that can barely cope as is with the way the land around it is being eroded.
