    This application should be rejected. This surely cannot meet open space requirements and is a gross overdevelopment of a residential block. The amount of cars parked on this street shows that residents don’t use their car spaces so this will cause more problems with 6 units. It sets a very bad precedent so close to the Yarra river open space area. Their is no allowance for how this will impact the old services in the street.
