This is the company that put a huge big tree in the middle of the road to redirect the flow of the land so the stormwater drain had to go on the other side of Orana street. A stormwater drain that wasn’t approved when the council was told about it. The neighbouring property didn’t want the excess water from 25 lots running through their property, which is totally understandable, so they redirected the flow of the land, which the council was also aware of. It runs a cross the road and is now an open stormwater drain that flows back across the road between two properties to the stormwater drain currently their. The stormwater drain that is well known to the council as it has constant issues with blocking and is always full of rubbish. Put the two together and you have a big pile of crap coming from 2 open drains. The council was fully aware what was going on and lied about the original application which wasn’t approved, they were called out on it with proof and still did nothing. Dodgy practices which all boils down to how much money the council will get out of it. Too bad for the genuine rates payers. This application and every application relating to this address should be gone over again before anything else is approved.
