1. The problem with this is that the Plane tree that is in front of the yard will be adversely affected if the driveway is widened towards it. There is not much room between the current driveway and the tree, so to widen the driveway may kill the tree.
   If this can be done without damaging the tree, we are happy for it to go ahead.
