    Thus is ridiculous
There is enough land in Werribee
    Please don’t allow anymore subdivisions
Have you tried getting out of Greaves street north or surroundings area on a morning . Our side roads and main roads are already too congested . The plans of this site were drawn up for a reason to allow the road size to fit expected traffic size, three extra dwellings Dwellings means at least 6 more cars
    Please think carefully
And it brings down the price of neighbours houses too

It is all in vain. The council is greedy for increased rates. More dwellings means more rates. They are halfway into turning Wyndham into a ghetto.

Council are not interested in Werribee's liveability, neighbourhood character or anything else that cannot be plundered for increased revenue...they are mere public servants doing what their masters - the state govt - who pull their strings tell them what do do. Mass immigration in this country has lowered standards everywhere, with medium density living being forced on residents, especially in wyndham - little infrastructure, appalling roads, dog box homes everywhere, road congestion, limited public parking, crime though the roof, the suburb is becoming a slum due to ridiculously poor council planning. Unfortunately Council is now ruining the few remaining nice older pockets in Werribee, shame on their never ending greed...in my humble opinion
