Hello, I don’t feel that it is a safe area to have a drive thru lane that exits onto a main road. It is a corner block with poor visibility upon exit onto the main road, this is a dangerous road area.
I would also like to know if the takeaway will be using environmentally friendly products?
As a resident I am concerned of cooking odours and increased litter from the venue. How will this be monitored?
The increase in noise, traffic, litter, smells and fumes from ventilation will all have a detrimental effect for the residential area.
The location of the big van could be more utilised near the Rosny College.
Notice states, staff toilets are provided, where do the customers go, facilities need be available for customers and staff to wash their hands.
Hours of business and days of trade seem excessive for a residential area, lots of takeaways and restaurants at Eastlands.

The van is an eye sore, would you like to live next door to it?

Due to Covid-19 the notice of objections should of been extended to give ample time for residents to be advised.
