55 Henrietta Street Waverley NSW 2024

Remove one (1) Liquidambar at the rear of the property. This tree is unsuitable & unsustainable in its location, 10% of the canopy is over hanging the neighbours property. It has a number of failed branches that are being tied up by rope preventing them from falling onto the neighbour's roof. It continuously drops large branches and presents an unacceptable level of risk to the residents and the neighbours. To remove the trees failed branches and prune it away from the neighbouring property would require a significant amount to be removed, leaving the tree as a poor specimen. Removal is recommended ASAP.
