    This is not within the town plan .
    The amount of noise and traffic that Sable development has caused on Jefferson lane is not acceptable . This development will make it twice as bad . Jefferson lane cannot take the amount of traffic these buildings make with the driveways being on Jefferson lane . This will totally decimate the amenity of our neighbourhood. Since the development of sable at 88 Jefferson lane we have had to put up with amplified noise from no set back to road . Light nuisance from building carpark . Noisy residents having no regard for the neighbourhood and heavy traffic .
