I’m against this proposal due to the fact that nitrate is and can be an explosive and if something was to go wrong what happens to all the people’s lives and property that will be lost. Going off what happened in Beirut it would be quite devastating. There’s a reason why these kinda of places eg on mine sites and manufacturing plants are away from residential areas.
