Modifications proposed relate to garage/studio structure to Thurlow Lane only, and consist of conversion of upper level to attic storage (previously a studio), changes to roof pitch, materials and replacement of rear roof extension to laneway elevation with solar panels. Changes to studio dwelling at rear will also result in deletion of Conditions 2, 3(a) relating to the use as a dwelling, and the design of the rear roof extension.
