I thoroughly support this application. The arts industry, and especially the small theatre scene, was already on its knees due to successive cutbacks and lack of government support before covid19 delivered its fatal blows to live entertainment. Any possible support must be provided to enable performers and theatre creatives to get back on their feet as soon as possible, and that cannot happen without venues in which to perform.

I would also support such a venue as it supports local industry and is located in an already designated late night area with good transport links in the vicinity. It may also provide stimulus for other smaller venues such as cafes and restaurants which are in need of a boost in the area thereby stimulating local employment. This area is in need of revitalisation. The local venues that are already open are open beyond the times of this venue and so it should not have any additional concerns related to noise.

I am completely in support of this. Once things open up again, as they will, it’s important to have valuable spaces like this one available.
