    Dear Council,
    I am worry that this is intended as an Air BnB or some other form of short term leasing which we do not need more of in the area at all.
    If this were purely owner occupied residential or long term lease and have no commercial raison d'etre it may be fine; however, I suspect that it is a case similar to another nearby development where the owner wanted to change one DA from commercial into short term lease residential. That did not happen and so I cannot see why you can approve this one if it is going to be short term leasing.
