Why would a Liquor/Alcohol Licence be approved for this Cafe/business application?
We live in a ‘Dry Area’ in Boroondara. Many residents chose and still choose to live in this area because it is a ‘Dry Area’.
What legal weight and protection is given to local residents who object to the Dry Area legislation gradually being eroded? The dilution of this long held legislation by allowing these permits seriously degrades current protection of the Legislation.
