APPEAL TO THE LAND & ENVIRONMENT COURT – RE-NOTIFICATION OF AMENDED PLANS: Alterations and additions to existing commercial building including alterations to the basement, lower and upper ground floor to accommodate new retail tenancies, services and an outdoor terrace. External alterations include extension of the lower ground floor to the site boundary on Pitt Street, new footpath awning, modifications to the commercial lobby entrance, a new building identification sign and outdoor terrace fronting Penfold Lane. The proposed changes include amendments to address flooding, raising of internal floor levels and internal ramp within the revised lobby area.
