The proposed capacity of the restaurant will be 290 patrons and 30 staff with outdoor seating; 3 staff within the coffee roasting; 2 staff and 15 students in the barista school; 15 staff and 540 patrons for events. The approved hours are from 7am to midnight every day. Two hamper signs are proposed.The application is integrated development under the Heritage Act 1977.
