It is being suppressed by other trees, it has included bark and the potential to fail. This tree presents an unacceptable level of risk to the residents. The Eucalypt adjacent to the rear boundary continuously drops large branches, has included bark and the potential to fail - this tree presents an unacceptable level of risk to the residents. The Eucalypt on the rear boundary is in decline - showing abnormal growth and appearance with dieback and included bark at the branch junction. This tree has the potential to fail and presents an unacceptable level of risk to the residents. This tree will not recover.
