1. I have looked at the plan of 3 massive townhouses. Two of them are of ~33 sq and another one is over 36 Sq. The visual bulk is massive, especially the south elevation of dwelling 3 is awful - two straight walls of 10 meters (one ground floor and another 1st floor)

2. The concrete footprint is massive.

   There is not enough articulation. In dwelling 2 and 3, first floor is over 80% of the ground floor.
