We heard this is going to be a Boarding House for males. Most of us retired people came here for a quiet life. In all honesty these people will be alcoholics and drug addicted, good bye quite life. In Thomas St we have 24 units being built, isn’t this enough new people in our area when our roads and bus service is not wonderful. We live in 15a Lakeview St it is my 3rd house in Toukley. We moved from Sydney 18 yrs ago and enjoy the area but now there is several units and low cost housing being built within this area with no notification made to the community. I don’t want to move and nor should I have to, please reconsider this both my husband and I are most upset thank you Margaret McEwen-Hatton and Bill Hatton

Nobody has told us anything regarding this building and we live next door in Toukley Waters Village. We would not be very happy for this many young people with vehicles living in such a confined space. At the moment our street is very quiet and serene the way we like it and hopefully it will stay that way.
