1. I am not sure why this needs to be pruned as it is no where near the current site for the construction for the pool on Macpherson Street , it appears that they are bundling up this into the application currently in existence . It appears to be beside the bus stop on Albion Street and an entrance way into the school - not the construction area so why is required to be pruned , it seems a creative way to get additional works completed under the guise of the pool project. Very low levels of trust with the construction firm and their behaviors given how they lied about permissions given by Waverley Council to complete tree chopping overnight on the 9th and 10th of Dec 2019 . If not part of the construction project and something they have identified to be completed , Ok but why reference the construction site ?

2. For Susan King: the location of the tree is clearly marked on the last page (page 4) of the application which is available to the public. Based on that document alone the tree appears to be well within the school grounds, not near a bus stop and directly adjacent to the building works in question and not implausibly at risk of damage. I am not sure I understand your objection based on that interpretation, irrespective of the value of the tree which I am not voicing an opinion on. (?)
