This is an insane proposal. The area can not sustain this growth whilst the councils sits on its hands and does nothing about major infrastructure or emergency services. We have to beg to get parks & footpaths mowed. This proposal is out of character for the area & the introduction of an extra 143 families & their children & their cars into an area is a very poor idea. Retain the green space. We need open areas & places for animals to live. Not destroy everything & clear the land & build so close as to ensure you have no privacy.

I fully agree with Glen Costello , the area can’t handle any additional houses or units without extra emergency services within the Redbank Plains immediate area. As for all the trees that are destroyed there should be a clause that developers and land purchasers contracts that they must replant x amount of trees within the property 1: it’ll help stop the land from shifting 2: help the environment as in oxygen and place for the animals.
