We are pleased that the proposed height of the development is within the confines of the town plan for the area. Any further increase in the height should NOT be permitted - repeat NOT be permitted.

We have strong reservations about the inclusion of a Woolworths Shopping Centre, given the traffic congestion that is already evident when trying to exit the Kangaroo Point Peninsula southbound at certain times of the day. This is further exacerbated by high rise residential developments currently being undertaken or recently completed in the area.

The noise from delivery vehicles and the abandonment of shopping trollies in neighbouring streets will further detract from the ambience of living on the Kangaroo Point Peninsula.

Full steam ahead. Looking forward to a grocery store on the Point.

Very happy with proposed development.....especially Woolworths....definitely needed on the Point. Most customers will walk to shops so don't see an increase in traffic eventuating.

Such a positive development! All Kangaroo Point developments recently have lacked public amenities which has been very frustrating. The area is in desperate need of more public facilities - shops, cafes, etc

    Very happy with proposed development.

Woolworths in this development site is fantastic news for the residents of the Kangaroo Point suburb - they will no longer have to drive their cars to other neighbouring suburbs to do their grocery shopping! Please approve this project - it is needed and wanted!
