1. The current owner purchased this in good faith from the vendor through a local real estate agent. No one alerted him to any existing problems regarding any part of the property or dwelling, including neighbours. He has done everything in his control to have this situation fixed and has been kept waiting for 12 months by various parties involved. The deck, driveway and carport do not adversely affect anyone and will allow the owner and family to access their home with reasonable comfort. Neighbouring properties have garages, sheds etc that are similar to those on this property. The current owner bought the house as it is and only seeks to resolve the matter without disadvantages to anyone.
