Keep multi unit developments out of our Green Wedge
Our environment is very fragile with drought, fires, storms taking out our flora and fauna
We to protect what's left and stop clearing trees and bringing more cars into the region

    I'm ashamed of this council

5 dwellings??? How many more of this overcrowded, poorly made developments do we need in Eltham? Eltham used to be renowned as the Lungs of Melbourne. All these developments remove trees excessively, and yet this is what drew most residents to this area in the first place. We already complain about the congestion on our roads and these developments make it worse. There are plenty of other suburbs in the concrete jungles where developers like this can go!!! Five is far too excessive!!

You know these statements about keeping multi-unit developments out of our Green Wedge are pointless. If you disagree have a look at the proposal and make a case for your objection. Otherwise you may as well just go outside and shout into the wind.
