When these villas are completed, can the owners plant three or more shade trees along Palm Street? This old house site had nice trees which have already been taken down.
The Peninsula has lost too many trees because of medium density and secondary dwellings (granny flats) becoming popular thus street and yard trees for shade have not been replaced, even with exotics. Can Council ensure street trees are planted when the job is finished?
