Really - it’s across the road from residential- these signs are distracting in the way of current business normal signage and are not wanted by residents

This is one of the most dangerous intersections, surely motorists don't need more distractions. Why not toward carribean gardens, anywhere away from residential areas.

    This sign is not wanted.
I have seen some horrific accidents in my time here and this sign will only make it worse.
To add to that, the poor residents and gym members that will have to put up with the constant bright lights 24 hours a day.
    We don't want this eyesore.

There are numerous reasons as to why this is an inappropriate place to put a large advertising billboard:

With 4 lanes quickly converting to 2 and turn offs to sporting club, gym and shops within this section, we have witnessed multiple accidents per year at this exact location of the road. Then if you put the sign on top of this it will be a major distraction for drivers and will create further traffic accidents. The footpaths are well utilised for pedestrians it will be a matter of time before an accident could become fatal at this particular spot.

With a dense residential catchment across the road, it’s unreasonable to have a sign of this size constantly flashing and changing 24/7.

This area has been the home to long standing locally owned businesses. There is absolutely no benefit for having this sign for the precinct.
