1. This application is already 7 days old but still no documentation available on the IW Council YET AGAIN. Just remind me, why do I pay my rates for such incompetent administrative systems? All suggestions appreciated.

2. I know, right, Roger?
   It’s been at least a year, if not two, that I raised this with them, and how it used to work perfectly well before amalgamation but now Marrickville residents have a substandard service compared to Leichardt and Ashfield residents, who have documents posted on the same day as the DA.
   Why is there even a separate system if there was supposed to be an amalgamation? Is it not one council? Why are there still, so many years after amalgamation, completely separate systems for the same function?
